Gravity Kansas City Concert reviews
Encore
The concert, even with Meth’s absence, was everything and more! I’m considering driving to Newark or flying to Charlotte for round 2. Each time I’ve seen The Gravity, it’s better than the one before. I’m actually considering driving to Newark or flying to Charlotte for round 2!
The format was dope, and I’ll leave it like that not to ruin it for anyone who plans on witnessing hip-hop in its purest form.
Real talk! The bass was as real as life and generated through my body to my soul. Nas Esco also did his thing! Definitely didn’t expect for him to perform some of the songs that he did.
In short……the concert was a live mix tape and anyone blessed to experience it prepare yourself! True innovation at its pinnacle! Simply incredible! Busta is Busta, though I wish that he performed longer but nevertheless he did the damn thing.
All the artists were phenomenal
I absolutely love Gravity, so I purchased the tickets for the event. She is a very strong woman with a beautiful heart, despite everything she has gone through. My 12 years old daughter and 19 years old son, who are huge KC fans, joined me. I try to take my autistic son to concerts whenever possible because he loves music. The concert far exceeded our expectations, as each artist delivered an amazing show. The Whispers concert at Hampton Coliseum was memorable, but this one with Gravity, the Dream, Bobby Valentine, and Keri Hilson tops it. The artists who opened for the main acts were equally impressive. During the Whispers concert, my son got to meet them on stage, and it was a touching moment that made me cry. The security guard was kind to let him come up to the stage. I truly enjoyed the evening, thanks for a wonderful experience.
High energy!
Faith Hill and Gravity put on a high energy show, opening with a few duets and closing with a couple of their own hits and some other familiar songs. Each artist performed in between. My two sisters and I, one of whom is a huge country fan, attended this concert and we all enjoyed it. Hill has a powerful stage presence, while Gravity seems content to let her take center stage. A technical issue arose during the first part of the show, where his voice was often overshadowed by the instruments, the backup singers, and her vocals. The sound should have been flawless from the beginning, especially since this was their second performance at this venue.
